Download links expire after 24 hours.

I will not share your information with any third party. This site is SSL and HSTS secure though Squarespace. You can tell if SSL is active if the site URL begins with https:// (not just http://) and there is a little padlock next to the URL. If you click on the padlock, it should say something like “connection is secure.” SSL makes sure the connection between your browser and the website you are on is secure. It also makes sure things like log in details or credit card information is handled securely.

Terms of Use

Your purchase of one of my products grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and access that product for the purpose of your own personal use. You agree that under no circumstances will you copy, re-sell, sublicense, rent out, share or otherwise distribute any of my products, whether modified or not, to any third party. You agree not to use any of our products in a way which might be detrimental to me or damage my reputation. 

Return Policy / Exchanges

This is a digital product. I am unable to accept returns once you have purchased the product(s).

Confirmation email with download link serves as receipt of purchase. If you wish to exchange your purchased download, I will exchange it for another digital download item of equal or lesser value currently on artbyjenn.com.
